What’s the deal with ALLRIOT?

We thought you’d never ask! ALLRIOT is an independent streetwear brand focussed on building clothing of conscience. No frills. No middlemen. No logos. No fluff. We select quality materials sourced from the best suppliers we can find and minimum packaging for a sustainable alternative to corporate fashion. That’s why our progressive activist t-shirts just hit different.

DELIVERY & RETURNS

Too big? Too Small?  Your girlfriend doesn’t like it? We are here to help! Our no hassle returns policy is valid for 365 days from receipt of an item. (Oh yes!)

Returns are free for customers based in the UK and USA. Exchanges are free for everyone.

If you want to return an item, find your order number in your confirmation email and head to our our returns portal. Simply fill in the details and click “submit return”. You will be taken to a page where you’ll be able to print out your returns slip. 


UK & USA

Returns and exchanges are free for all customers based in the UK and USA. Return shipping will be reimbursed. Simply email us with proof of postage and we’ll take care of the rest. We will cover return shipping costs up to £3 for UK and $6 for USA.  


INTERNATIONAL

While exchanges are free for all customers, we’re unable to cover return postage costs for returns, unless there is something wrong with the item.

International shipments should be marked as “Merchandise Return” with a carrier that does not levy brokerage fees. Customer is responsible for any applicable brokerage or customs charges.


RETURN TERMS & CONDITIONS:

We promise to refund any unworn, unused items you are not completely happy with when you return it to us by post within 365 days of receipt.

Returned parcels are refunded within 7 days of receipt, however sometimes it can take up to 14 days. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. If you paid with Gift Card, the Gift Card will be credited first, with any remaining balance being credited to the method of payment used.

All our orders are fully trackable. Please look up your order confirmation email, it contains a link to track your order. If a tracking number isn’t available, please get in touch with us.

If you are checking the status of your package and it states that there was an attempted delivery, this means that your local post office probably has the package. In which case you should promptly contact them to arrange a redelivery. If it is not picked up or redelivered to your address within a week or two, it will be shipped back to our warehouse location.

If you’re not sure what to do, please get in touch with us and we’ll see what we can do on our end.

Yes you can, as long as your order hasn’t been dispatched yet. Please contact us as soon as possible to get this sorted. To track your order status, click here.

If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please get in touch with us. Please note that we aim to process your order as quickly as possible which means there may be times when we are unable to change any of the details you have given us. This may include order cancellations, delivery address amendments or changing any items in your order. If that happens to you, do not worry. We have a very laid back returns policy, so we’ll do what we can to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently.

Yes, we ship to most countries except the EU. Orders are shipped from UK and USA depending on your location.

We’ve made the difficult decision not to ship our products to the EU.

We miss our EU customers dearly but the amount of red tape in the aftermath of Brexit is too much for our small business to handle.

SIZE FIT AND QUALITY

All of our products fit to size (standard European high street sizes). All sizes are displayed on each product page, but if you need more info you can check out our sizing guide page.

From our sweatshop-free and WRAP-certified clothing to fight exploitative labour, to eco-friendly OEKO-TEX 100 Standard textiles and anti-branded, independent designs, our clothing is famous for pioneering some of the most conscientious fashion Britain has to offer.

ORDERING ONLINE

Placing an order couldn’t be easier, simply follow these steps.

1. Click Add to cart to place the item you want to buy in your bag.  

2. Once you have finished shopping, click on the bag icon to view the items in your bag and to pay. If you’re happy with the items in your bag, click Checkout.

3. Enter your email address and password or if you have an account. We have Guest Checkout enabled so you don’t have to create an account. 

4. Enter the rest of your details, then review and confirm the items in your order.

5. If you have a promo code or voucher to spend, you’ll need to enter this under the Promo/Student Code or Vouchers tab.

6. Confirm your delivery address and delivery method.

7. Confirm your payment method and Place Order.

An email confirmation will be sent to your registered email address to let you know your order details. It’s worth checking ALLRIOT is marked as a safe sender in your email account or checking your junk mail as our emails may be routed there automatically.

You can pay using any major debit/credit card or Paypal. We take your security very seriously, therefore your details are safe with us. We don’t store payment data on our website. Your purchases are protected with robust SSL encryption technology.

When ordering as a gift for someone, be sure to enter in your email address to receive all summary information but enter in the recipient’s name and shipping information. We send you electronic receipts via email instead of paper ones so you don’t need to worry about price information being sent to the recipient.

As an ethically-conscious brand, we are strongly against encouraging people to spend more than they can afford. Klarna is just a trendy new way to get into debt.

It is environmentally and socially irresponsible, and it’s sad to see large retailers adopt it as a payment method.

We operate independently, with no outside investors. We made this store so that we could cut out all of the middlemen between us and you. You won’t find ALLRIOT t-shirts on Amazon, Etsy or any other online mega-retailers.

Fair Trade regulation only applies to the import/export of raw materials. Since we import/export finished products and print them locally whenever possible, we do not qualify for Fair Trade certification.
