UK: WHERE IS MY ORDER?

We use Royal Mail for all UK deliveries. Usually, from the day you order, you can expect to be showing off your new hand-crafted purchase in 2 to 5 business days. If your order hasn't reached you within 10 business days, the best first step is to contact your local delivery office in case they are holding the package for you. You'd be surprised how often this is the case!
If that doesn't help please get in touch with us (please quote your order number), and we'll take care of the rest.

USA: WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Your order may ship via Royal Mail Airsure or USPS. Both services are trackable. Usually, from the day you order, you can expect to be showing off your new hand-crafted purchase in 5-12 business days. If your order hasn't reached you within 20 business days, the best first step is to contact your local delivery office in case they are holding the package for you. You'd be surprised how often this is the case! US orders in particular often end up in local delivery offices.

EU orders may ship via Royal Mail First Class Recorded or DPD. Both services are trackable. Usually, from the day you order, you can expect to be showing off your new hand-crafted purchase in 4 to 10 business days. If your order hasn't reached you within 15 business days, the best first step is to contact your local delivery office in case they are holding the package for you. You'd be surprised how often this is the case!

INTERNATIONAL: WHERE IS MY ORDER?

SHIPPING DELAYS DURING BUSY PERIODS

We aim to meet our strict delivery deadlines but during busy periods (including sale) deliveries may take a little longer. Occasionally tech updates to our systems or force majeure events, such as extreme weather conditions, will mean that these delivery services aren’t available, or that order cut-off times need amending and/or delivery times need to be extended. However, we will always work hard to keep these temporary changes to a minimum. RETURNS ARE FREE

OUR RETURNS POLICY

We want you to love your purchase. Failing that, we want your overall shopping experience to be a pleasant one. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please return your unworn item(s) for an exchange or a refund. All returns must be made within 365 days of placing your order. Return shipping will be reimbursed. Simply get in touch with us (please don't fOrget to quote your order number), and we'll send you the instructions.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

Changed your mind? For free of charge and hassle free returns, please follow the following steps:

Fill in your Returns slip (get in touch with us and we'll send it to you) and enclose it with your parcel. Please note: it is very important that when you return an item that we know the order number to which it relates, and whether you want a refund or an exchange. Make sure you get your returns receipt.
Full details of the how to return items are included with your Returns slip.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us, so for your own protection, please ensure you keep the returns receipt and code safe, so you can track your order.

International returns please note:
1. Please use the cheapest postage service in order to qualify for free returns.
2. If you are returning anything to us from outside the EU you must complete a customs declaration correctly indicating that the package contains 'returned goods' or similar. If your parcel is stopped in UK customs and a charge levied, we will refuse payment and the package will be returned to you.

HOW LONG DOES THE RETURN TAKE?

Please allow 2-5 working days from our receipt of your goods, for your return to be processed, and up to 7 working days for a refund to be credited to your account. This timeframe is dictated by your bank or card issuer.

I MY ORDER WAS INCORRECTLY REFUNDED OR REPLACED

Ouch! Sorry about that. If you were expecting a replacement and got a refund instead, this may be because we were unable to exchange the item for what you wanted. In this case we would automatically issue you with a refund and email to let you know.
If the amount you were refunded is different from the amount you paid for your order, please get in touch with us and we'll sort this out for you.

WHAT'S YOUR RETURN ADDRESS?

Please get in touch with us and we'll send you the appropriate returns slip. You'll find our return address on there. Simply attach the top half of the returns slip to your package and send it back to us.

EXCHANGE

If you require a different size or colour of the same item, please indicate so in your Returns slip and follow the returns process as stated above. If the new size/ colour is unavailable we will refund your card and email you to inform you of this.

SHOPPING HELP

I WANT TO CHANGE MY RECENT ORDER

If you wish to change your order, please get in touch with us. Please note that we aim to process your order as quickly as possible which means there may be times when we are unable to change any of the details you have given us. This may include order cancellations, delivery address amendments or changing any items in your order. If that happens to you, do not worry. We have a very laid back returns policy, so we'll do what we can to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently.

MY DISCOUNT CODE ISN'T WORKING.

Discount codes have temporarily been switched off due to a technical issue. We're trying to resolve the problem asap.

PAYMENT METHODS

We use Paypal and Stripe as our payment processors. All major credit cards are accepted. We also take security very seriously indeed, so your details will be safe with us.

All credit and debit card transactions are subject to validation and authorisation by both us and the card issuer, to maintain security and prevent fraud.

We will refund your order if we think there is even a small chance that it may be fraudulent. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience.

I MY CARD HAS BEEN DECLINED.

Ouch! Sorry about that.

Credit and Debit cards can be declined for a number of reasons. Please check that you have entered the following information correctly:
Your name
Your street/house number and postcode (zip code)
Your card number
Your CVV number and expiry date.

We have a robust fraud detection software in place which may decline or flag any orders it deems suspicious. If this happens to you, please get in touch with us and we'll do our best to resolve the issue.
